Fried Noodles| How to make Yummy Hakka Veg Noodles

Ingredients:


3 minute Y&Y egg free noodles 454g
Fresh Green Bell Pepper Stripes 1/2
Fresh Yellow Bell Pepper Stripes 1/2
Fresh Red/Orange Bell Pepper Stripes 1/2
Garlic Paste 1 TSP
Ginger Paste 1/2 TSP
Soya Sauce 
Cooking Oil 1 cup
Sesame Oil 1 tsp
White Vinegar 1TSP

How to cook?

Boil Noodles for three minutes
Sauté with sesame oil and soya sauce
Fry all vegetables till soft with green onion, vegetables, garlic & Ginger paste. Sesame oil and white Vinegar for 5 minutes and add Salt, Black Pepper powder and Red Chili Crushed.


Serve warm as it or with your favorite Chinese curry dish.
